Oil Mill

Thanks to its particularly mild, sub-mediterranean microclimate, the Trentino shore of Lake Garda is the northernmost region in Europe to allow for the growth and cultivation of olive trees.

Our olives are harvested in early November and are immediately cold pressed during the same day. Doing so, we can produce a high quality extra virgin olive oil, which is characterized by its fruity and slightly sharp notes.
