Oil that comes from olives that are harvested only from the best certified plants. The quality of the oil obtained, before being bottled, is guaranteed by a special commission of experts.

Bouquet: Structure:

Varieties: Frantoio, Casaliva.
Colour: bright green with golden highlights.
Flavour: initially slightly sweet, followed by bitter and spicy notes of medium intensity.
