From Pinot Noir grapes cultivated in a Guyot system at Maso Sasso. Pink, orange peel with a fine and persistent perlage. Delicate nose with characteristic hints of Pinot and bread crust. Creamy in the mouth but dry and decisive, characterised by the perfect acidity.
