Made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the hilly Cretaccio area and Pinot Nero grapes from the Gazzi area
(both in the Arco district of Alto Garda Trentino), this Metodo Classico sparkling wine matures on the lees for
60 months before disgorgement, developing great complexity and elegance.
Variety: Chardonnay 70%, Pinot Nero 30%
Colour: bright golden yellow, with a very fine and persistent
perlage
Palate: enveloping and creamy, with a soft, velvety texture
resulting from extended ageing on the lees. The
robust structure of the Pinot Nero is balanced by the
vibrant acidity provided by the Chardonnay, creating
a wine of great balance. A long, persistent taste, with
hints of dried fruit, pastries and a delicate salty touch
