SUMMOLACO

CABERNET SAUVIGNON, TEROLDEGO E MERLOT
VIGNETI DELLE DOLOMITI IGP

Summolaco is a blend of three grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Teroldego and Merlot. The grapes come from the hillside vineyards of Arco and Nago-Torbole, with the exception of the Merlot, which is grown in the estate’s Cretaccio vineyard at the foot of Monte Brione. The result is a distinguished red wine, with great structure and ageing potential, which intensely expresses the character of the Alto Garda Trentino region.

Variety: Rebo 100%
Colour: a deep, brilliant purple-red with distinct violet hues, indicative of the fruit’s concentration and ripeness. The intense colour foreshadows the wine’s expressive richness and reveals its structure
Palate: substantial structure and a velvety texture. There are many tannins but well-integrated, smoothed by time and oak, whilst the alcohol is balanced by a fresh acidity that lends dynamism. The palate is full, enveloping and warm, with fruity and spicy notes accompanying a long, persistent and highly elegant taste
