Produced according to centuries-old traditions, from organic wines and musts aged slowly in wooden barrels that increase their density, flavour and aroma without the addition of concentrated must, colouring agents (caramel) and without sulphites.
Varieties: Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana e Montuni.
Colour: deep brown.
Flavour: balanced sweet-sour, broad intensity with high density.
